The App offers integration with Apple Health (HealthKit). If you choose to enable this integration, we may access certain health and fitness data from Apple Health that you have permitted, such as sleep analysis data. This information is used solely to provide the sleep tracking features of the App and is not shared with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the App, including to:

We retain your sleep data and other usage information on your device for as long as you use the App. If you uninstall the App, your local data may be deleted, depending on your device settings. If you have enabled synchronization with Apple Health, your data may remain in Apple Health after uninstalling the App.

If you contact our support team, we may retain the information you provide in your communication for as long as necessary to address your inquiry and for record-keeping purposes, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

5. Your Data Protection Rights

You have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete your information. Since most of your data is stored locally on your device, you can manage or delete your data directly through the App's settings or by uninstalling the App.
